Dear all,

I would like to know what people are doing to perform immuno on tissues
that have been decalcified. First of all is it possible and if so do you
antigen retrieve and perform the same protocol as regular tissue or are
there special things you should do to the tissue before staining?

Also, if anyone has a tried and true protocol for this I would appreciate a
copy you can fax it to 1-319-335-7770, please make sure to address it to me
as this is a community fax machine.

As always thanks everyone in advance!

Lynn Gardner, HT(ASCP)
