Hello Histonet!

We are in the process of reviewing rules and regulations for the retention 
of surgical, cytology, and autopsy blocks and slides.  I have been able to 
access this information from some of the websites ( CAP, CLIA), but I have 
been unable to access this information from JCAHO or from HCFA.  Does anyone 
have the most recent publication from these agencies or have any points of 
contact I might use?  ANY HELP would be very greatly appreciated.  Thank you 
so much!
