We have used Novacastra's Myosin Heavy Chain Slow and Fast (NCL-MHCs &
NCL-MHCf) on paraffin sections of muscle with some success. Basically,
antigen retrieve with pH6 citrate buffer for 10 mins and then incubate with
primary ab overnight at r.t., and visualise with Vector Elite ABC kit.
