Linda,
As far as our group knows you can't use Evens blue it won't hold up to processing, we have used India Ink on samples that are processed in the VIP ( for paraffin) and you can see the stain.

FYI

Hi

I have a project using mouse embryos that have been injected with Evan's
Blue. Can I safely process these in paraffin or would I be safest with
frozen sectioning? I'm afraid of loosing some of the dye in the alcohol
and toluene steps of paraffin processing.

Thanks, in advance
Linda
