We are currently looking at two anti-CD23 mAbs; one from DAKO (M0763) and one from the Binding Site (MH112).  The one from DAKO is not listed as "Applicable to formalin-fixed tissue" unless their CSA detection is used; however, we have been able to obtain good immunoreactivity following HIER in a 98 degree waterbath and then detection with DAKO's EnVision+.
