Kathryn,
I use the 5 gallon red metal waste containers that can be purchased
thru just about every major supplier. We get our formalin in the 5gallon
cube conatiners and it is just too awkward to try and pour waste
formalin back in. We pay the hospital to come and pick up the red waste
containers and they dispose of the contents and bring the containers
back. We use this same method for disposal of our xylenes and ethanols.
