Hey Gang!

I am having some problems trying to get this antibody to work.  It's for
Nuclear Factor kappa B, p65 subunit.  It was originally marketed by
Boeringer-Mannheim, who has since been bought by Roche, who has since sold all
its primary antibody rights to Chemicon.  Anyway, it is supposed to be
specific for the activated form of NFkB only.  I was hoping someone out their
has used it and could give me some advice.  I have tried just about everything
but the results are inconsistant.
