MAb to human CD4, Clone OKT4

Hello Histonetters,
I'm looking for an antibody against human CD4 and it MUST be Clone OKT4 as only
this should work on cynomolgus monkey tissue.
Since Ortho Diagnostics cannot provide us anymore with this antibody I have to
find a new vendor. Any ideas ?
