Hi to All! I have a question concerning staining of human CD3 cells.
Someone in our department is interested in staining "living cells" in a gel. In
summary, the antibody would need to be directly conjugated (preferably with an
enzyme) and able to diffuse through the gel to stain the cells. Is anyone
aware
of a conjugated antibody that could accomplish this?? We found a rabbit anti
human CD3 (Dako) but it reacts with the intracytoplasmic portion of the CD3
antigen; thus this particular antibody is not appropriate. Please respond
privately if you prefer. Thank you so much as always for sharing your
expertise!
