I would like to find out what "Histoneters" are doing for demonstrating
CD79a in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue.  We have been using
DAKO's mAb (clone HM57) following HIER with EnVision+ detection/DAB. My
Hematopathology colleagues continue to insist that it should be stronger
(like CD20/L26).  Help!
