Hi Kathie
I did a lot of BrdU stainings on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded mouse tissue
several years ago.
I got wonderful stainings with:
Enzyme treatment with 0.2% Trypsin (Zymed), 37oC, 15 min,
washing in tap water,
HCl 2N, 37oC, 15 min
Sodium borate 0.1 M, pH 8.5, 1 min
washing in tap water
