I agree you cannot stain ER/PR, D1 cyclins, BrDu's on cut slides that
have sat for long periods of time and expect good results. They will
need to be protected. A majority of antigens will be forgiving however,
I would not put nuclear antigens into that category.

The paraffin wax technique sounded interesting and I would wonder how
that works on these difficult antigens ??
