We routinely use paraformaldehyde (2% or 4% PF, prepared in PBS) for
immunocytochemical work. We preferably use it on the same day as prepared
but sometimes use it for up to 3 days stored at 4°C. Someone told me that
4% stocks can be stored frozen for longer periods of time. Does anyone have
any information on/ experience with frozen PF stocks?

Thank you for sharing your expertise.
