I hope someone can help with this...
I'm looking at a research request for immunostains and trying to come up
with a test cost analysis.
The proposal involves renal xenografts(pig donor; primate recipient) and the
following antibodies:
	C3		C5b-9
	IgG		IgM
	CD2		CD4
	CD8		CD68
	CD20		Bric216
	CD31		fibrin

I can't assume that what we have will work on these frozen biopsies, and
don't have clue a how many different clones there might be out there for
each.  Four of the antibodies we've never played with, even on humans.   So,
in trying to figure what this project will cost, I have alot of unknowns...
If anyone out there can put their two cents worth in on what works or which
vendors might provide the magic potions, please let me know!!!!  If I can
narrow the list of antibody clones to try- that would be start.  Thank you
for any and all help!
