I use Dako's Ki-67 on paraffin embedded tissue.  The cat# A0047 product
that I use is at a 1:50 dilution using a 30 minute citra microwave
pretreatment.  I use their LSAB2 kit for visualizing and have used other
kits as well.  They all work fine.  Maybe the problem lies in the
pretreatment.  Good Luck.
