Dear Jon and All,
Dominici's method is refered to in the ninth edition of "H.J.Conn's
Biological Stains" and referenced as C.R.Soc.Biol.(Paris) 54:221-223
(1902). The title is in French.
I have a protocol and I have used this method many years ago. Now we find
that an aqueous eosin-erythrosin with some calcium chloride, and used
regressively will highlight eosinophils.
Regards, Laurie.
