Amy,

If I understand you correctly, it sounds as tho you and/or your staff are
trying to figure out a way to distribute work to your Pathologists.  If that
is correct, I don't understand how this can be your responsibility.  It is
one, as u have identified already, with 5 attempts, to be something you will
never be able to resolve.  You will forever be the scapegoat of discontent
as long as you attempt to set policy in an arena out side your realm of
responsibility.

It should be the responsibility of the Pathologists to come to what they
feel is an equitable way of case distribution and let you know their
decision.
