There are many variations of the basic protocols around. The two I'd
recommend, of course :),  are Miller, DM and Tarpley, JE. Biotechnic &
Histochemistry 71: 79-83, 1996  and Tarpley, JE. Biotechnic and
Histochemistry 74: 116-118, 1998.
