Does anyone know if formaldehyde fixation inactivates B virus?

In addition to the cases mentioned here, there has been one
instance in
which a handler was infected through a splattering of
something into the
eye. She bent down to console a caged monkey and felt a tiny
something go
into her eye. She did not receive Acyclovir and her young
life was cut
short. Her mother is one of my dearest friends, and it is
very difficult for
me to even think about it. 20/20 will have a segment about
her life this
		Friday night, the 10th.

The key is to wear protective equipment. Take no chances.
