Hi Nancy,

I would be happy to comply with your wishes, and yes you're right, Dr. Mohs
is from Madison and the clinic bearing his name is alive and kicking. Here
is the information you requested:

Mohs Surgery
University Station
2880 University Avenue
Madison, WI 53705
(608)262-6234, 7281 or 6226
FAX: (608)262-8137

I know one of the histotechs there, his name is Mike Hetzer and is very
knowledgable on the history of Mohs surgery.

I was considering replying to Vinnie's request but it was one of those days
from hell we all experience from time to time, so that's my lame excuse.

Glad I could be of assistance,

Linda

P.S. to Nancy: Yes we have met, more years ago than I care to admit! And I
also know all the people you mentioned, in fact, Jackie Schultz is
temporarily working in our lab until her own is ready. Small world!
