We don't use Ki67, but we have had success with HEIR with the Decloaking
Chamber by Biocare Medical.  There were other antibodies that we could not
get to stain until we tried this.  We use the Decloaking chamber and the
Reveal.  We have also used their Nuclear Decloaker with success.
