Does anyone have a reliable protocol for staining canine tissue with
Ki67. What antigen retrieval works best? steam, autoclave, microwave?
Which citrate buffer works best? Also which antibody are you using?
We have tried both monoclonal and polyclonal, with several types of
animals, but cannot get consistent results. Now there is a study
about to begin for mast cell tumors in dogs and I need help setting
up a protocol. You can respond to my email if you don't want to post
on histonet. If there are vendors out there that have suggestions I
welcome your input.
Thank you,
Kathy

really worked.
