Hi Histonetters:
Happy Holidays to all. I have some pig skin samples that I will like to
process. Is there a way to do immunofluorescense using paraffin embedding
blocks? I don't want to lose the fluorescense that we "injected" on the
skin. I hava done it before in frozen sections, but I will like to try it
in paraffin blocks. Please let me know if there is a way. Thanks.
