Hi fellow histonetters,
Those of you doing CD5,CD8, cyclinD1....and perhaps others......have you
found that the antibody works only or significantly better in formalin
fixed tissue?  Shouldn't I be getting comparable staining in B5 fixed
tissue?  Will AZF fixed tissue stain similar to formalin fixed ( currently
receive AZF only on referral cases).
If any one has a list of markers they use only formalin on, I would be
interested in knowing which ones they are.
