We have limited experience and success with IL-2R (CD25) in
formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human GI tissue. We use DAKO's
antibody and their CSA amplification kit. If you are interested in this
I can provide you with detailed information. It is not easy to count the
number of positive cells in the stained slides but you can easily score
them.
