Dear Histonetters,

I have just antigen retrieved a large number of slides for IHC. However,
these slides will not be stained immediately -- they will probably be
stained 2-3 days from now. I have taken them out of antigen retrieval
solution, rinsed in distilled H20 and placed into 70% ethanol. I was
wondering if anyone has had any experience with taking the slides out of
antigen retrieval and then air drying them and storing in the freezer or a
dessicator? And, if so, was the IHC staining good?

									Thx.
									Frank
