fixation for in-situ PCR

Fellow histonetters,

I am asking this question for a colleague of mine in SLC.  The goal is to
paraffin embed monkey brain and kidney for in-situ PCR and in-situ RT-PCR.
They mentioned that other labs are using 2-4% paraformaldehyde for
fixation.  Is this the correct percent and what would the fixation time be
for specimens approx 1 cm square?
