Hey 'netters --
I have been asked to process rabbit ulna/radius specimens with most
of the muscle intact. The bone will be opened only on the proximal
and distal ends, and will have a defect in the mid-diapysis of the
ulna. Is it possible to optimize the processing for both the muscle
and bone? Does anyone have any suggestions? I use an automatic
processor and infiltrate the MMA with vacuum (each step, including
embedding.)
Thanks -
