Hi Mark,
We had a situation like that many years ago. The tech did not want to
disrupt the flow of work or put a burden on the others. The tech
voluntered to wear a respirator fitted with the proper cartridges for
formalin, whenever they had to gross or clean the processor. The tech had
a healthy baby.
