Not to burst your bubble, but I have a Leica cryostat. It is new and
have had a lot of problems with it, they just have to figure out what
the problem is. It could be a simple problem. The service and
technician are awesome and ARE very knowledgable in what they are doing.
They are very helpful and want us to be happy with a excellent product.
Don't bash all, for just one simple lemon, make lemonade...Happy
