Is anyone using this procedure for staining multiple organisms at the same time on one slide?  
  If so,  How do you like it?  ....  Is it worth the extra time vs. staining multiple slides for each individual component (fungus, pneumocystis & mycobacterium) at once?
  How are you running a control?
