Re: [Histonet] Better Nucleoli

You are staining for 3 hours....do you mean processing?

What stains are you usning? We do mostly urology specimens here as well. We use Richard Allen and get excellent results. What is your protocol?

Subject: [Histonet] Better Nucleoli

Hello 'net

We have nice, thinly cut, well stained prostate biopsies (fomalin fixed,
stained on Sakura Tissue Tech with a 3 hour protocol). However, we are
having trouble seeing prominent nucleoli. Any suggestions?
