I am using an antibody called Endothelin B receptor from Fitzgerald. It
is a sheep anti rat. The secondary i used is a donkey anti sheep. I have
tried with couple of dilutions and did not show up anything (no positive
signals). 

The tissue I am working on is formalin fixed paraffin section. I did use
antigen retrieval. 

Does any one have experience with this antibody? Thanks.
