I am currently working with catalase and I need to find a stain that will not
be picked up in the melanin of melamocytes.  I have used nuclear fast red and
DAB but the red-brown color is located in both corneum and melanocytes.  I need
to be able to tell where exactly the catalase is alone.  Thank you in advance.
