[Histonet] Service Contract Features

I hope nobody minds if I ask for some help planning a service contract for histology instruments.
 
What should be in a practical service contract?  Period?  Preventive Maintenance?  How often?  Response time? What percentage of instrument cost is usually charged?  Other features it should have?  Should all electrical and mechanical parts be covered under the contract?
