I need your help one more time! 
What is the better procedure to decalcify bone (fish bone), when the objective is the description histologique, with discrimination  between bony and cartilaginous tissue? 
In our laboratory we can include and cut in parafin or in resin, and I will be grateful if you can take me some advise about procedure in parafin or in resin.
