Hello Histonetters,

I am wondering if anyone has tested the 'upper limit' of section
thickness for TUNEL staining of neural tissue. I would like to perform
stereology on my samples and to that end have relatively thick sections
but I don't want to risk faulty counts due to poor labeling. I'd
appreciate any input. Thanks,
