The Perth Amboy Division of Raritan Bay Medical Center is looking for a
special person to be the Surgical Pathology Supervisor for our busy,
computerized (CoPath) lab. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who: 
- has excellent inter-personal skills, with an ability to communicate
effectively with technologists, patients, pathologists, other physicians and
hospital staff. - has experience in immunohistochemistry
 - has demonstrated increasing amounts of responsibility during her/his
career.
 - is committed to providing patient-focused care, as well as an excellent

 -is able to lead by example, be a coach and a cheerleader, and have a
positive outlook on life and work.
 - is excited to lead a cytologist plus a staff of histotechnologists
through inspections (CAP, JCAHO and state), customer relations goals
(Press-Ganey), staff recruitment/retention goals, and all the other
challenges we face in modern healthcare.
