Fellow techs,
Do any of you have suggestions for formalin fixation time for mouse pancreas? What about tissue processing schedules? I'm thinking of a 7 hour processing schedule starting in 70 % alcohol. I don't want to over process the tissue because I will be cutting serial sections almost through the block.
