flow cytometry equipment

Greetings fellow Histonetters:

I have a question.  Recently our Chief of Pathology has asked if it was fiscally reasonable to begin doing our flow  cytometry on site.  I have collected the data as far as the volume of tests and how much we are spending sending them out verses if the test was done on site.  I have yet to go as deep as the amount of tech time needing for our volume of testing.  What I don’t have is information on the equipment.  What makes and models do others have a favorable opinion of and the monetary ballpark figure I need to keep in mind for the purchase?  I thought I should bring this question to the best looking minds on the Internet.  Any and all responses are appreciated.

Is Histonetters a word?
