Hi there,

Sounds like a rotary valve problem to me...either the valve has become 
confused and lost its position info, or the valve is leaking inside, and 
you're getting cross-contamination.

It's most likely a leaky valve, since there's some kind of other fluid 
(droplets) in the paraffin.  The valves wear with time and need to be 
overhauled.  It's probably time to call the folks that made the machine.
