we use Sertotec's CD 138/Syndecan-1	MCA 681H, clone 
B-B4,  1:40. HIER with EDTA pH 8 in a household cooker for 10 min. (product
data sheet:

Although Sertoc recommends HIER with citrate buffer pH 6, we prefer EDTA for
this ab.
