The Dept Head has sent me chasing after an article. Maybe anyone in histo can help??? PLEASE!! He's looking for an article that has a chart that shows how to grade ER/PR by IHC the manual way- not through image analysis. He thinks it was in the Journal of Histo. in the last 10-15 years. I went through our shelves, Ovid, Medline, Pathmax and even spent some time searching on the immuno hypermart and I've turned up ZIP! Needless to say, I'm very frustrated. I even tried calling CAP and asking if they have a guideline when they score the CAP surveys.... Please, anyone out there- please give me good news come next week. Thank you in advance,
