Hi all:
I would like if you could give me any good explanation to the patchy pattern
that gives me distinct marks of broad spectrum citokeratin and also
cocktails of it on some cases on paraffin sections.Sections are  mount on
silanyzed slides.
I canīt give some usefull data like condition of fixation because I receive the material as a paraffin block.In all cases I practiced antigen retrieval and  of  course this pattern of expression does not appear  always,only in some kind of materials. Give me please some ideas. Thanks to all.
