How are other hospital based IHC departments handling the compliance issue
of not performing and/or charging IHC that are on RUO antibodies.  If we
order a concentrated antibody from several of the overseas companies the
products sheets say that the  antibody is for Research Use Only.  The FDA
compliance won't let us use these antibodies in a clinical setting.  I know
that companies that don't manufacture their antibodies in the US don't have
to worry about FDA but if they want to sell their products to US labs they
need to change the wording in the products sheets.
