Usual technique for skin would work fine for most actinic keratoses and 
seborrheic keratoses. Occasionally actinic keratoses are covered by a thick 
mass of keratin ("cutaneous horn") which if it doesn't fall off in the course 
of grossing the specimen may render microtomy somewhat more challenging.
