In the future we hope to work up the following muscle antibodies:
Sarcoglycan
Dystrophin
Merosin and
Dysferlin.

These are all new to me. The only thing the pathologist requested was that, if possible, he would like the antibody clone to work on paraffin embedded tissue.
Can anyone help with source, dilution, antigen retrieval, and control tissue?
