Do you use c profile knives or disposable blades?? I know a way to get
clearance with knives IF the knife holder is one that takes a c profile OR
a disposable knife blade insert holder similar to the look of a c profile
steel knife.  This insert is usually for use in a universal knife holder ie
like c profile blades.
