Hi,

 

I have a colleague using the ELF 97 endogenous phosphatase detection kit
(from molecular probes), to look at ALP in cultured neutrophils –
without much success.  Does anyone have any advice for this technique?
She is fixing the cells in PFA (and has tried several times), is there
any better fixative?  Any advice would be very appreciated,
