shared immuno resource

Hello all,
For quite some time I have been thinking that it would be really great if we could put together an immuno resource booklet--I am wondering what you all think???  I was thinking we could start out real basic like tabulating paraffins, fixatives/times used, what works and doesn't, before processing, on processors and times temps-etc. and work our way around to problems with antibodies, retrieval methods, times etc. Some of these things have been discussed and some of you have this data which could be added. If several people were interested in helping collect data, we could collate it and share it as a group reference---any ideas??  Does something like this already exist?? any input ?? I think having each others input an d ideas would help immunohistochemitry move forward toward finding standard methods for producing quality end products.  I know this is a real big project, but I think we could proceed slowly and gather alot of good data.  It seems that there are so many good ideas and experiences out there that it would be nice to have some majority answers in writing.
